Telsat BSP FM is the FM radio configuration of Telsat’s Broadcast Smart Platform. Designed for outdoor, mast-mounted installation, it brings the functions of a small broadcast site together in a compact weatherproof enclosure. It offers an alternative to a conventional equipment-room arrangement where space is limited or a remote coverage point needs a self-contained solution.
Mounting the platform close to the antenna can simplify the layout of an infill or remote transmission site. Telsat BSP FM is suited to broadcasters planning coverage for a town, village or other localised area without building a full-scale transmitter facility.
