Connectivity and audio

The RVR TEX50LCD/S provides balanced analogue left and right audio inputs on XLR, mono input capability, MPX composite input and auxiliary SCA/RDS inputs, together with an N-type RF output connector for connection to the antenna system. Optional AES/EBU digital audio input, optional built-in RDS encoder and optional telemetry via GSM, web or SNMP allow the transmitter to be tailored to different station workflows and control requirements. As part of a complete FM broadcast chain, it can also be combined with dedicated FM audio processors, which are optional components used to help create the station’s distinctive on-air signature sound.
