The Glensound Signature HA2+ is a professional twin stereo headphone amplifier for broadcast studios, commentary positions, and production control rooms. This 1U rack-mount unit provides two independent headphone amplifiers, one balanced stereo programme input on XLR, and two mono cue inputs for flexible operator monitoring.
The Glensound Signature HA2+ allows each user to blend programme and cue sources with an individual source control and set level with a dedicated volume control. The programme input can operate in stereo or mono, and the output stage supports headphone impedances from 32 to 1000 ohms for compatibility with a wide range of professional and consumer headsets.
Both headphone outputs are available on front panel 6.35mm TRS sockets and in parallel on rear XLR connections for fixed installation. Audio performance includes maximum output of +19dBu into 600 ohms, frequency response to 20kHz within -0.5dB, and THD below 0.01% at 100Hz. Power is supplied from an internal 100-240VAC supply or external ±12V DC for redundant operation.
