The Alice mic-match-xtx131-mkii is a very high performance balanced microphone matching amplifier module designed to deliver extremely low noise and wide bandwidth when used with typical 150–200 ohm microphones. It eliminates the need for an input transformer, improving frequency response, distortion, signal handling and common mode rejection over traditional transformer‑based microphone input stages.
By combining precision low‑noise circuitry with excellent common mode rejection, the XTX131 MKII is particularly useful in demanding environments such as location recording and outside broadcasts where interference and RF pickup can be a significant problem.
