Aqua Broadcast Cobalt C‑2500 2.5kW Digital FM Transmitter

Aqua Cobalt C-2500 is a 2500W direct-to-channel digital FM transmitter with DDS exciter, 4‑band audio processor, analogue and AES/EBU inputs, digital MPX, dynamic RDS, SFN sync and triple hot‑swap PSUs for medium power FM broadcast sites.

Aqua Broadcast Cobalt C‑2500 Product Overview

The Aqua Cobalt C-2500 is a fully featured 2.5kW FM broadcast transmitter for medium power main stations, translators and LPFM sites that need excellent audio quality and high resilience. Its direct-to-channel DDS modulator, running on a customised Linux OS, ensures very low distortion and clean spectra, while the integrated 4‑band audio processor with ITU‑R BS412 limiting keeps program audio loud, controlled and consistent. A dynamic RDS/RBDS encoder, digital MPX (AES192) and comprehensive IP/SNMP control make the Aqua Cobalt C-2500 a complete “all‑in‑one” medium power FM platform.
