StudioHub XLR Breakout Box is a 1RU rackmount XLR breakout panel with StudioHub+, AES72 and DB25 rear connections for flexible audio wiring.
The StudioHub XLR Breakout Box is designed to simplify professional audio wiring by bringing XLR connections to the front of the rack while providing StudioHub+, AES72 and AES59 DB25 connectivity on the rear panel. As a 1RU rackmount solution, the StudioHub XLR Breakout Box makes it easier to interface analogue and digital audio equipment cleanly in studios, broadcast facilities, remote trucks and technical rooms.
This breakout box is available in several front-panel layouts, including 16 female XLR, 16 male XLR, 8 female plus 8 male XLR, and grouped 4 female / 4 male versions. These options let engineers select the StudioHub XLR Breakout Box configuration that best suits input-heavy systems, output panels, mixed I/O positions or zone-based rack wiring while keeping cabling organised and easy to service.
On the rear, each panel section provides StudioHub+ RJ45, AES72 RJ45 and AES59 DB25 connections, making it especially useful with DB25-based AoIP and interface hardware. For example, it integrates neatly with AudioScience Iyo Dante 8.8MD, AudioScience Iyo Dante 16.16MD and AudioScience Iyo Dante 32.32MD interfaces, which use DB-25 / AES59 formats for balanced audio I/O. This makes the breakout box a practical front-end option wherever AudioScience DB25 Dante interfaces need accessible XLR patching at the rack.
Construction is aimed at professional environments, with genuine Neutrik XLR connectors, shielded RJ45 connectors with gold-plated contacts, a fully enclosed powder-coated steel chassis and board-mounted connectors without internal flying wires.
