The Sonifex RB-AEC is a high-quality Acoustic Echo Canceller (AEC) designed for seamless duplex audio communication. This compact 1U rackmount unit offers stereo balanced analog or AES/EBU digital inputs and outputs and allows remote configuration via Ethernet or web interface. The RB-AEC works by removing the echo component from the incoming audio, using the far-end signal as a reference. It’s especially useful for live interviews, remote contributions, or any two-way communication setup where audio is played back to the source.
