The Solidyne AudiMax 362HD FM Audio Processor is a 3‑band on‑air processor designed for FM stations and webcasters that need strong loudness, coverage and clarity on a tight budget. It concentrates seven analogue processing stages plus a digital stereo coder in a single 1U cabinet, delivering consistent, competitive sound without requiring a specialist engineer to set up.

The Solidyne AudiMax 362HD combines AGC, multiband compression, equalisation and final limiting to control programme dynamics, while three independent audio bands and seven front‑panel controls allow the station’s sound signature to be tuned quickly. Balanced XLR inputs accept +4 dBu professional levels, with additional unbalanced RCA inputs optimised for lower‑level sources and internal equalisation tailored for FM broadcast. Balanced stereo outputs can feed streaming encoders or audio distribution, and a differential MPX output with floating ground drives the FM exciter directly.

  • Seven analogue processing stages plus integrated digital stereo encoder
  • 3‑band multiband compressor with simple front‑panel sound controls
  • Balanced analogue XLR inputs and outputs, additional unbalanced RCA inputs
  • Optional AES‑3 digital input and output
  • Dual independent MPX outputs with adjustable level
  • Digital stereo coder with 16x oversampling for low distortion and high channel separation
  • Designed to increase FM coverage area by approximately 30–50% with improved loudness

The Solidyne AudiMax 362HD pairs naturally with FM transmitters and exciters, RDS encoders and IP codecs such as the Solidyne ADA102 digital audio codec. Together they form a complete FM air chain from studio processing to MPX and STL delivery.
