Sinteck XT-1000 – 1 kW FM Transmitter Omnia XII Broadcast Audio Processor combines advanced audio processing with flexible connectivity for professional FM and HD-1/DAB workflows. Its 2U platform brings together wideband automatic gain control, five-band multiband AGC and compression, six-band limiting, dynamic EQ and bass management. Frank Foti’s Clemenza final FM clipper completes the FM path, giving engineers tools to balance loudness, clarity and station sound.
The Omnia XII processing architecture supports formats ranging from relaxed and open to dense and punchy. QuickTweak simplifies adjustment by changing multiple related parameters through high-level controls, while experienced users retain access to detailed settings. ITU-R BS.1770 loudness metering, MPX power metering, a digital oscilloscope and an FM spectrum analyser assist with setup and diagnosis. Dynamic RDS with UECP support integrates station and programme metadata.
Omnia XII provides analogue audio, three AES3 input/output pairs, analogue composite connections and Omnia Direct digital composite output. Native Livewire+ AES67 and standard linear MPX over IP support networked audio and transmitter links, with optional µMPX encoding available. Three independent Gigabit Ethernet interfaces support separate control and audio networks, plus SMPTE 2022-7 redundancy workflows. An HTML5 browser interface enables remote configuration without a dedicated control application.
Dual independent internal power supplies, relay bypass on primary AES and composite paths, automatic source failover and a built-in backup player support operational continuity. Dual software banks help safeguard updates. REST API, Livewire Remote Protocol and hardware GPIO provide integration options. A streaming receiver with redundant HLS+ inputs and extended backup playback is optional; confirm the licensed configuration before specifying these capabilities.
