System Details

The FMA 2000 HE HPPS section uses two 1200W LDMOS amplifier pallets combined for 2000W RF output. Parallel hot-plug power supplies share the load, so the transmitter can remain on air if one supply is removed or fails. A low-pass filter, mains EMI filter and surge protection are included to meet spectrum and power-quality requirements at professional broadcast sites.

The EM 25 DIG PLUS exciter offers wide-band frequency agility across the FM band with low distortion and selectable pre-emphasis. Analogue audio, MPX and auxiliary inputs support external stereo generators and RDS encoders, or these functions can be fitted internally. Local control is via a front-panel display and keypad, while telemetry and remote control options allow integration with existing monitoring and control systems.
