Glensound Vittoria 64/DD is a professional Dante-to-Dante network bridge designed to transfer large numbers of audio channels between two completely separate Dante networks. It provides up to 64 bidirectional audio channels while maintaining isolation between the two systems, making it suitable for broadcast centres, outside broadcast trucks, large venues and production facilities that need secure, controlled AoIP integration.
The unit creates a firewall between its two independent Dante network interfaces. Audio is transferred internally through DSP, while Dante discovery, control traffic, multicast traffic and clock domains remain separate. This allows engineers to move selected programme, communications, intercom or monitoring channels between networks without combining them into one shared Dante domain.
Glensound Vittoria 64/DD supports 64 input and 64 output channels at sample rates up to 48 kHz, 32 input and 32 output channels at sample rates up to 96 kHz, and 16 input and 16 output channels at 176.4 kHz or 192 kHz. High-quality asynchronous sample-rate conversion allows the two Dante networks to run independently, including at different sample rates, while preserving dependable audio transfer between them.
Each Dante interface supports primary and secondary Gigabit copper network connections on Neutrik EtherCON connectors, together with fibre connectivity through SFP module slots. Dedicated BNC word-clock inputs and outputs are provided for both network sides. Dual load-sharing AC power supplies provide redundancy, helping the unit remain operational if one power supply or mains feed fails.
Glensound Vittoria 64/DD is suited to large facilities where production, house, OB or intercom Dante networks need to exchange selected channels without becoming one shared network.
