Eddystone S7608 8kW FM transmitter is a modular high power platform that delivers up to 8kW RF output for continuous professional FM broadcast service.
Compact amplifier and PSU modules can be replaced while on air, so engineers see only a modest reduction in output power during maintenance rather than a full outage.
The transmitter complies with ETS 300 384 specifications and can be configured into many system layouts, including combined pairs for higher total power.

The RF drive feeds dual 16-way splitters that supply sixteen 300W E2021 power amplifier modules.
Each module uses dual RF devices on substantial heatsinks to improve cooling and stability at high power.
DC power is provided by high‑efficiency switched‑mode supplies with power‑factor correction, helping reduce energy costs and mains loading at large transmitter sites.
Outputs from the PA modules are combined in an N-way RF power combiner and then pass through the output coupler and harmonic filter to maintain spectral purity and low reflected power in Eddystone S7608.

Each E2021 amplifier module in Eddystone S7608 includes its own control and protection against reverse power, excess current and over‑temperature.
On‑board microprocessors monitor operating conditions and send key parameters to the E2023 transmitter controller.
The front‑panel LCD shows forward and reverse power, combiner temperature and module status so engineers can confirm operation at a glance.
An internal web server and IP remote interfaces allow secure access for monitoring, logging and fault diagnosis, supporting proactive maintenance policies on Eddystone S7608.
