Product Overview

The DEVA RF2IP – Digital RF Power Monitoring Probe is a compact IP-based sensor for precise monitoring of forward and reflected RF power in 50-ohm directional coupler installations. It is suitable for FM, DAB/DAB+ and UHF/DVB transmitters and offers more than 50 dB dynamic range with true average power measurement.

Separate BNC inputs accept forward power and reflected power from the coupler, while VHF and UHF versions cover 50–250 MHz or 470–860 MHz. Readings can be displayed in dBm, watts or kilowatts, and the probe also calculates return loss, VSWR and crest factor so engineers can verify transmitter loading and line match at a glance.

A 10/100Base‑T LAN port with PoE powers the DEVA RF2IP and provides full TCP/IP remote control through an intuitive embedded web server. SNMP support allows easy integration into network management systems, and adjustable thresholds for forward power, reflected power, VSWR, return loss and crest factor can raise alarms via e‑mail, SNMP and the optically isolated GPO output. Internal logging to a memory card in text or CSV format, accessible over FTP, simplifies analysis and compliance reporting.
