The DEVA Compact RF2IP Hub – RF2IP Monitoring Tool is a compact and elegant central unit for collecting, monitoring and storing measurements from up to eight DEVA RF2IP digital RF power probes. Ideal for FM, DAB/DAB+ and UHF transmitter networks, the DEVA Compact RF2IP Hub provides IP-based supervision of forward power, reflected power, return loss and VSWR across multiple sites from a single device.
On the rear panel, separate Ethernet ports are provided for the management network and the RF probes network, allowing the DEVA Compact RF2IP Hub to sit securely in existing IP infrastructures while maintaining a dedicated segment for RF2IP probes. Eighteen LEDs on the front panel indicate power, LAN status and connection or alarm status for each probe, giving engineers instant visual confirmation of system health. A built‑in 16 GB memory card stores logs of all measurements and events in text or CSV format, which can be downloaded via the integrated FTP server for analysis or compliance reporting.
The DEVA Compact RF2IP Hub offers adjustable alarms for forward power, reflected power, return loss and VSWR per probe, with independent warning and alarm thresholds. Notifications can be dispatched via e‑mail, SNMP and eight GPO outputs, providing flexible integration with external alarm systems or transmitter control. Additional features include SNTP time synchronisation, protected access to device settings and firmware upgrade capability, ensuring future‑proof operation. Housed in a robust aluminium case with high RF immunity and powered from 100–240 V AC, this compact RF2IP monitoring tool is built for reliable 24/7/365 service in demanding broadcast environments.
