The Information Station Specialists ANXX Low Power AM (LPAM) antenna provides a transmission solution for broadcasters with a Part-15, FCC or local “LPAM Licence” to transmit within “establishments” at a radiated of power of up to 100 Watts. ISS have unparalleled professional experience in LPAM transmission systems and offer a complete service that extends from advising on the location of the aerial to continuing maintenance programmes. Information Station Specialists involvement with LPAM goes back to the early years of low power AM operation when we participated in trials and consultations with the licensing authority. To date we have supplied and installed more than 280 systems across the US, serving institutions such as universities, schools, hospitals, military camps, and even prisons! The ISS transmission aerial is a compact and elegant structure: which can be mounted on any supporting mast. The transmitter may be installed in a cabinet at the base of this antenna, or in a nearby building. We offer a service that includes aerial site selection, technical liaison with the licensing authority, project management, supply, installation and commissioning of the equipment, and ongoing maintenance.
