This 40cm single-face sign mounts flush to a wall above studio doors or control room entrances, providing a clear ON AIR indication for presenters, guests and visitors. Using high-efficiency RGB LEDs and integral control electronics, it delivers bright, even illumination with low power consumption and long service life.
Designed for flexible integration, the Sonifex LDD-40F1ONA operates from a wide 7–36V DC supply, ideal for use with common 12V and 24V studio power distribution systems. A 4-way screw-terminal block provides DC and control connections, and two pull-down control inputs allow the Sonifex LDD-40F1ONA to be driven directly from console tallies, GPIO interfaces or simple switch logic. The RGB LED engine can be configured to standard colours and different display modes using the optional remote controller, supporting constant, flashing, pulsing or fading ON AIR indications where required.
With a 40cm wide Perspex legend and slim-line enclosure, the Sonifex LDD-40F1ONA is easy to install in narrow corridors and above door frames while remaining highly visible. The LDD-40F1ONA is supplied ready for flush mounting to a wall, and can be combined with optional end-mount and ceiling-mount kits where a perpendicular or overhead installation is preferred.
