Marian Clara Emin Dante audio interface is a compact PCIe card that offers an affordable entry into the Dante universe for studio, broadcast and live sound PCs. It connects standard desktop or rackmount computers directly to Dante audio-over-IP networks using low-cost Cat cabling and existing switch infrastructure. With up to 128 bidirectional Dante channels at 48 kHz, Marian Clara Emin Dante audio interface is well suited to small and mid-sized systems that need many I/O channels without the footprint of external Dante boxes.
The card supports sample rates up to 192 kHz, delivering up to 128 in and 128 out Dante channels at 48 kHz, with fewer channels available at higher rates for high-resolution workflows. Two Gigabit Ethernet ports provide primary and secondary Dante connections so engineers can build redundant AoIP networks with seamless failover in case of link or switch failure. Native AES67 support means Marian Clara Emin Dante audio interface can interoperate with other AES67 devices, simplifying integration into mixed Dante and AES67 installations. Latencies around 1 ms are achievable thanks to the direct PCIe interface and efficient Dante transport.
Marian Clara Emin Dante audio interface offers wordclock or superclock input in the “+” version so the card can lock to house reference in larger facilities.[web:154][web:155] A TDM SyncBus connection allows Clara Emin to be cascaded with other Marian cards, sharing up to 32 channels over the internal bus so multiple systems can appear as one device to the host. This makes it easy to combine Dante networking with local AES/EBU or analog I/O from other Marian interfaces when needed. Fanless design and modest power consumption allow the card to run continuously in control rooms, machine rooms or OB trucks without adding acoustic noise.
The driver suite provides low-latency multi-client ASIO and multi-channel WDM/WASAPI support so several applications can access Marian Clara Emin Dante audio interface simultaneously on Windows systems. Beast DSP processing powers an onboard mixer that can route and monitor Dante streams, computer audio and SyncBus channels without external hardware. Together with compatibility for current Thunderbolt PCIe adapters, this allows Marian Clara Emin Dante audio interface to turn compact workstations, flypacks and OB PCs into powerful Dante endpoints in modern AoIP workflows.
