With eight AES/EBU inputs and eight AES/EBU outputs carrying 32 channels at up to 24-bit/192 kHz, this PCIe card is ideal as a digital core for broadcast studios, production suites and fixed installations that rely on reliable multichannel AES/EBU connectivity.
The AES/EBU inputs and outputs 1–4 and the wordclock input are located directly on the motherboard, while connectors 5–8 break out via a D-Sub, allowing flexible placement inside the computer chassis alongside other PCIe components.
High-quality converter chips, an ultra-low-jitter internal clock and switchable real-time sample-rate converters with a 144 dB(A) dynamic range make it easy to integrate almost any AES/EBU source without sacrificing digital audio quality.

Signals can be adjusted in level and routed to any output without latency, and up to 64 sources can be summed to multiple busses and returned to the DAW, giving precise control over monitor, program and record feeds.
The card is cascadeable via TDM SyncBus, so several Marian boards can be combined into a single expanded system that appears as one device to ASIO-compatible applications.
MARIAN Clara Dmaj offers optimized Windows drivers with ASIO 2.2, WDM, MME and DirectSound support, allowing low-latency use with DAWs, playout, logging and automation software in professional environments.
