Overview

The Deva Broadcast DB9009-TX is a second-generation, multi-protocol Audio over IP encoder engineered for professional broadcasting, STL, and streaming applications. With advanced real-time compression using HE-AAC (v1/v2), MPEG-1 Layer 3, or raw PCM, the DB9009-TX guarantees low-latency, high-fidelity networked audio.

Its DSP architecture supports both analog (XLR, balanced) and digital AES/EBU audio inputs. The unit is equipped with a clear OLED display, intuitive front panel with 5 LED indicators, and comprehensive HTML5 remote configuration. Up to 10 simultaneous IP streaming clients can connect, and uncompressed PCM streaming assures no-signal loss links.

With robust build quality, and support for broadcast protocols including Icecast and SHOUTcast, as well as Ethernet to RS-232 redirector mode, the DB9009-TX integrates seamlessly into any modern radio or studio network.
