Label Italy FM Log Periodic AxelTech LYNX is a professional broadcast digital FM tuner designed for receiving, monitoring and listening to FM radio signals. Housed in a 1U 19-inch steel chassis, it combines a high-quality receiver with real-time measurement of RF, MPX, audio and RDS parameters, making it suitable for radio stations, transmitter sites and off-air monitoring applications.
The AxelTech LYNX display shows the tuned frequency and cyclically presents incoming RF level, multipath and carrier offset, together with MPX, audio, pilot and RDS deviation. The built-in RDS decoder provides complete data decoding, including PS, PI, BLER, TA, TP, MS, DI, PTY/PTYN, AF, RT/RT+ and TMC. A front-panel LED panel indicates tuned, stereo and RDS status, with alarms for low RF, low audio and RDS errors.
Tuned audio is available simultaneously on balanced analogue XLR outputs, AES/EBU digital XLR, the front-panel headphone jack and IP streaming. This allows the tuner to feed monitoring systems, rebroadcast chains or remote listeners at the same time. The receiver is highly shielded against strong RF fields for use at transmitter sites.
A built-in web server lets multiple users view all signal parameters remotely through dual Ethernet ports. GPIO with four optocouplers and four relays, RS232, two USB ports and an SD card slot support integration with station control and alarm systems. Front-panel jog control and an LCD display allow local adjustment of network settings, output levels, alarm thresholds and headphone level.
