BIG SLAB is constructed from 50mm thick Eurolight, a contemporary, lightweight and durable material – please see about us for technical and environmental information.
At over a metre deep, BIG SLAB is an adaptable large format desk, compact enough to suit the Online or Offline Edit, VFX, Graphics or Home Studio and large enough to accommodate a 30″ Mac Cinema Display plus a Sony Grade BVM L230, or up to three 23″ LCDs.
BIG SLAB has the option of top racks, in the form of 3 x 3 “U” racks, with a 390mm deep monitor shelf. It is available with our 12U rack, with or without the Mac G5 mounting. Compatible accessories include the M2 monitor arm, which can be purchased via our accessories pages.
Available as standard Walnut or White, or in other colours through out custom design service, BIG SLAB will enhance the look of any studio.
All of our SLAB desks come with cable management. As a minimum, this includes cable grommets in the work surface, monitor shelf and screen, with cable trunking concealed behind the screen.
